When I first started looking about at camper trailers I knew nothing about them. I went and visited most of the camper manufacturers in Brisbane to learn what I could try and get the best possible quality camper while sticking to my budget. I found that most manufactures knew little about there own product and were quick to put down everyone else’s product, until I walked into Trackabout. John and the rest of the staff couldn’t do enough for me. I was walked through the construction process as well as shown the products used, and was not put under any pressure to commit there and then. After visiting Trackabout I continued looking and soon found that no one else offered that level of service or paid so much attention to detail. When I placed my order the same level of service was continued right through to delivery. I honestly could not have been happier with the service I got. The camper was delivered by the projected date and John even organised the loan of a camper in the mean time.
